- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Medical products with broken seals cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

2. You will receive a return form and shipping instructions.
3. Send the product to the specified return address. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

- If the return meets the conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.
- If the product does not meet the conditions, we will contact you.
