Delivery Times
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Expected delivery times are as follows:

- Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM: typically shipped the same day.
- Delivery within the Netherlands: 1–2 business days.
- Delivery to Belgium and other EU countries: 2–5 business days.

Note: During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances (such as holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and the size of your order. Standard rates are:

- Within the Netherlands: € 7.50 for packaging and shipping costs.
- Belgium and other EU countries: € 11.50 for packaging and shipping costs.

Packaging and Sustainability
- We prioritize sustainable packaging and use as many recyclable materials as possible.
- Medical products are shipped in secure, discreet packaging to ensure quality and safety.

Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link to follow your shipment. If you don’t receive the Track & Trace email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Missed Delivery
If you are not home at the time of delivery:
- Within the Netherlands: Your package will typically be delivered to a neighbor or a pick-up point. You will receive a notification with details.
- For international deliveries: Delivery options will follow the local carrier's policies.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If a product is damaged or missing:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via [email/phone number].
2. Provide your order number and, if possible, include photos of the damage.
3. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, ensuring a replacement or refund.
